Customer Service Information

Our goal at Cal State Xpress is to achieve Total Customer Satisfaction. We strive to make this an on going commitment throughout all of our departments.

Customer Service

Cal State Xpress customers can expect any of our Customer Service Representatives to provide them with immediate information from our computerized shipment tracking system. They are able to provide you with the most current information about your shipment location and estimated time of arrival. They can be relied upon to coordinate any type of customized tracking or expediting service you may need.

Rate Requests

Feel free to click on the Rate Request link and submit your information. Cal State Xpress customers , new and old, can also receive customized rate information simply by calling our Customer Service Department. For customers who would rather look up rates in their own computers, our Sales Department has "Rate Disks" available for our Tariffs.

OS&D (Over, Short & Damaged)

The Customer Service Representatives are trained to assist you in the event of shipment overages, shortages, damaged or lost goods, with the goal of providing prompt and personal service.

Billing

One of our most important functions is accurate billing and rating. We understand that the shipment can move flawlessly, but if the billing is incorrect, our commitment to "Quality Customer Service" has not been accomplished. Daily billing and invoicing is a process at Cal State Xpress which our customers have come to rely upon like clock work.

Teamwork

We at Cal State Xpress believe that our "Commitment to Quality" fosters Teamwork. We are able to provide our customers with outstanding personal service because of our ability to function as a team. Teamwork creates improved communication, both internal and external, which in turn fosters the flexibility and willingness needed to satisfy our customer's needs. Your customer service needs will be met with willingness, flexibility, and professionalism by each and every person you come in contact with.

From time to time, our customers have misspelled our company name by adding an "E" to xpress. To help with this situation, we list our company name in most phone books as both Cal State Xpress and Cal State Express. This is true for the L.A. Xpress name as well, we also list as L.A. Express in most phone books. In addition, our website, LA-Xpress.com forwards you to our CalStateXpress.com site.
